The principle of relativity was first stated by Newton, in one of his corollaries to the laws of motion: "The motions of bodies included in a given space are the same among themselves, whether that space is at rest or moves uniformly forward in a straight line". This means, until a person inside a moving frame looks outside, no experiment done inside the moving frame will reveal him that he is under steady motion. Since the experiments done inside a moving frame will appear the same as if they are done in a rest frame.

Abstract: During 1908 and 1909 Ritz and Einstein battled over what we now call the time arrows of electrodynamics and entropy. Ritz argued that electrodynamic irreversibility was one of the roots of the second law of thermodynamics, while Einstein defended Maxwell-Lorentz electromagnetic time symmetry.

We deeply analyze the possibility to achieve quantum superluminal communication beyond the domain of special relativity and present quantum theory, and show that when using the conscious object as one part of the measuring device, quantum superluminal communication may be a natural thing.
