Assign a density of mass-energy
Einstein’s field equations require to assign a virtual photon, mass-energy density to the medium of empty space, the carrier of electromagnetic photons.
In the collision representation of matter the spontaneous collision density of the space far from massive bodies is the medium of interactions through the fields and the carrier of electromagnetic photons.
The mass density of nuclei of atoms is in exact proportion to the density of the basis.
